ADMINISTRATION

The executive team of IRAD includes executives, radiologists and legal representation with extensive years of radiology expertise and knowledge. Built and operated to be an industry leader, IRAD constantly seeks to be on the cutting edge of technology, while also priding itself in the ability to provide an array of services to all facets of this industry.


SALES & SERVICE

Our Sales & Services department is always available to offer a quick and confidential quote in services or there to handle any service question. Accessed directly through our Call Center a representative will immediately respond directly to you via phone or email. On-site visits and presentations are available upon request!


LICENSING AND CREDENTIALING

IRAD can alleviate this time consuming and difficult process. Our licensing and credentialing staff understands and is adept at addressing and completing the details of state licensure, Medicare certification and hospital credentialing. We pride ourselves in providing hospitals with accurate documentation, physician credentials and the necessary demographic information that facilitates rapid and accurate hospital credentialing. IRAD radiologists are licensed in all states where it operates, enabling clients to be fully reimbursed for exams.


QUALITY ASSURANCE & INSURANCE

Quality is job number 1! Internal and external review ensures clients high quality reports. IRAD provides monthly reports to its clients providing all pertinent information necessary to maintain a strong level of QA.

INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY

The Information & Technology department is a vital part of IRAD's service and is constantly available 24 X 7. The support side of this department has both internal & external components and is capable of addressing all facets of internet security, high speed image transmission, ISP services, networking and report routing.

IRAD has a complete, internal PACS and RIS system and offers all the advantages these systems provide to its clients


CALL CENTER

IRAD has a fully staffed Call Center built to handle any question, problems or concerns a client may have 24 hours per day. Staffed with trained and qualified individuals, the Call Center can track and providing constant information from any client and/or physician immediately.

This department is always answered by a "live" person!
